1) Fill out Registration form FIRST (1 Reg form for each person) and if you have payment and/or a Regional Center POS authorization you may send registration form by

NOTE: NO registration or hotel reservations will be accepted until full payment and/or POS is received. Until payment and/or POS authorization is received registration will not be entered or valid. If payment and/or POS authorization is not received prior to early bird registration close, late registration fees will be assessed. Again, without payment and/or POS Authorization given to PFCA, registration will not be honored or accepted.

2) To pay online: for each person you send in a Registration form please use the below Drop Down list and select the correct amount of persons, room and nights you as registered on their Registration form (we need to match your Reg form with payment).

3) Put the exact name in the "This Reg/Fee is for: (name)" that you filled out the Registration form for.

4) Each time you press "add to cart" you will be given the option to "continue shopping" which will bring you back to this screen so you can add additional people if you are paying for a bunch of people at the same time.

5) DO NOT change "quantities." Each registration being paid needs a name associated with it. Press "continue shopping" to add more registrants.

6) Late fee of $50 will be added to prices below for registration after the 5/1/16 to 5/19/16 early bird deadline. Please note: We cannot guarantee T-shirt sizes after 5/1/16 due to needing to order T-shirts early to have them available for all who did the early bird pricing. We will have extras of some sizes but cannot guarantee your size. Please put your size down and we will do our best to help you.(Option not available until 5/1/17 online - NOW WORKING)

7) Additional late fee of additional $50 and PFCA being unable to book hotel will occur with registrations after 5/20/16. So to avoid late fees of $50-$100, get a T-shirt, and make sure you have a hotel room please get registration with payment (and/or POS) to PFCA prior to 4/30/16. (Option not available till 5/20/17 online)

8) Once finished click "check out" (to pay be credit card) or "check out with PayPal" if you have a PayPal account and follow instructions to pay.

9) Once we match your Reg form and payment we will send you a confirmation you are registered and paid.

If you don't receive a confirmation within a week please contact lauren@peoplefirstca.org to see if there is a problem.

If you open the registration in Adobe Acrobat it should calculate your totals by checking boxes. You can then use that total to come back here and pay online if you wish.

If you would rather pay by check or money order (no cash please) you can send your Registration form with payment to:

Please note: Bounced checks (checks put into a bank and then there are not enough funds to cover the check) will incurr a $25 fee to cover our bank charges. As well, you will then need to pay by Money Order to complete your registration.
